In addition to billing, customer service and technical support, members of Zen's Partner Programme are supported by a dedicated team of account executives and managers. The Partner team provide crucial sales support and are able to advise you on our range of products and services, provide quotes and proposals, and manage your account. They are there to help you win business and develop as a Partner.
Partner Portal
You will utilise Zen's online Partner Portal to order Zen's products and services 24/7 directly on behalf of your customers. The Portal offers a range of useful features and resources giving you online visibility of your customer orders, your commission account and marketing and training materials.
Ordering
Ordering is simple, and our online guide
will help you through the step by step order process. Orders placed through the Portal, are automatically assigned to your account. Billing is flexible, with the option for Zen to bill you or your customer. We provide e-mail updates at various stages of the order process in order to keep you (or your customer) fully updated.
Partner Levels
You have the ability to progress through the Partner levels with each level offering improved features and commission levels. Progression is determined by the total revenue generated to date.
Revenue Based Commission
At the initial levels commission is provided as a one-off bonus and allocated on activation of the customer's order. As you progress to the higher levels, the commission model shifts to become a percentage of the initial order value and ongoing charges which creates a healthy revenue stream. Alternatively Partners can choose to rebate 100% of their commission to achieve a cost price instead.
Sales and Technical Workshops
We regularly run workshops and training events for Partners to understand and learn more about our products and services, diagnostic processes and sales techniques so that you are better equipped to support your customers.
