Zen Affiliate - How it works?

Set-up

Once your application to join Zen Internet's Affiliate Programme has been approved we will provide a Web link and banners to our Broadband order page. These are set up with your unique Affiliate code. Simply add the link and banners to your Web site, and you are ready to start referring customers.

Tracking

All referred traffic to Zen's Web site and any subsequent orders are logged and you can view and monitor your referral activity using the Affiliate portal.

Customer Support

Referred customers will order directly from Zen. As an Affiliate you have no further obligation to support, manage or bill referred customers.

Your Account

You can at any time access your online Affiliate portal where you can manage your account, add extra Web sites, monitor referral traffic, pending and confirmed orders and view your commission balance. In addition, the portal offers Affiliate news, FAQ's and downloads such as Web banners and logos.

Referral based Commission

Once an order has been placed it is assigned a referral status of 'pending' and will progress to a status of 'confirmed', at which point your commission account will be credited for the referral.

More ways to earn

As well as referring from your Web site, you can also refer customers to Zen in other ways using your unique affiliate code. No matter how you promote Zen's services, referrals will be credited to you as long as the customer orders online at www.zen.co.uk and quotes your affiliate code. This gives you even more flexibility and scope to promote Zen's services and build your commission revenue.
