OS and application installation and patching

As part of the managed service we will ensure that your operating system and applications are patched with the latest updates and security definitions. This means that you can rest assured that your server is free from potential exploits and bugs that could compromise the stability of your hosted applications.

Web traffic statistics

The traffic to and from your server will be logged by our central reporting platform. This data will then be populated into live reports for your to view at any time.

We will protect your managed server with a cluster of award-winning FortiGate firewalls. These devices will protect your server from DDoS attacks, viruses, intrusions and other Internet based threats.

Microsoft® Certified support engineers

Your managed Windows server will be supported 24/7 by a team of highly skilled Microsoft certified engineers. You will have direct telephone and e-mail access to our team of third-line support engineers who will be able to offer around-the-clock application support, technical diagnostics and full system recovery should it be required.
