These tools allow customers with our 'Domain Name' product (please note, not 'Domain Parking') to have full control of their domain names through their Zen Customer Portal account. Customers can use the basic administration section, as shown below, to quickly and easily re-direct Web or e-mail traffic to an existing hosting account or to a specific IP address.

More advanced users can also take advantage of the advanced DNS administration section to:

• Add, remove or modify address (A) records
• Manage mail exchange (MX) records
• Manage canonical name (CNAME) records

The Domain Management Tools within the Customer Portal are accessible via any Internet connection 24/7, providing flexible, instant access to manage your Zen hosted domain names.
