24/7 CCTV and access control monitored by an onsite security desk
The data centre itself is closely monitored 24/7, by a comprehensive CCTV system and onsite Security Guards. The Colocation Suite, all internal access corridors and all external entrances are secured via access card readers which are monitored centrally by our Building Management System (BMS). Racks are also key locked with the keys held by our onsite Security Guards when not in use.
Engineer assisted access to shared racks to ensure physical security
If you require access to your servers you simply need to visit our Customer Portal and request it through the Online Booking system. If you are a Shared rack customer on arrival you will be greeted by one of our Engineers who will accompany you throughout your visit. This process ensures the security of our shared colocation customer’s equipment and data.
Comprehensive physical security features are in addition to our environmental controls and resilient power supply.
