Simultaneous PSTN / ADSL Provide Orders (SPO for short) are intended to allow you to move house / premises within minimal disruption to your telephone and Broadband service.
To take advantage of Simultaneous Provide need to:
1. Call BT Retail on 150 from your current landline and ensure that you ask to place a simultaneous order for the provision of a phone line with Broadband.
2. Advise BT that you are moving house and wish to cease your existing connection at the same time.
3. BT Retail will take you through the PSTN (telephone line) order and will provide you with a reference number (usually in the form of 3 letters, 3 numbers and 2 letters i.e. ABC123DE).
4. Before the call ends, ask BT to re-check that the detail of the order specifies the simultaneous provision of an ADSL (Broadband) service. This is very important.
5. Call Zen on 0845 058 9000 with the BT reference number and we will place the ADSL (Broadband) part of the order. We will input your BT (telephone line) order number into a BT Wholesale system and tie the two orders together.

- Please provide us with at least 5 working days (before the Move/PSTN activation date) in order for us to be able to place the order.

- The simultaneous provide order is dependant upon the completion of the BT PSTN element of the order. There are factors outside our control which may delay provisions in some instances.
