Ordering a Zen Broadband regrade
- Sign-in to the Customer Portal
- Browse to "My Services" and click "Upgrade a Service"
- If you have multiple services select the service you wish to upgrade
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the "Broadband Regrade Wizard" and select the new Broadband service and/or IP Regrade and / or Care Level you require
- Continue and confirm the order

* Changes between 1 and 8 IP address assignments are free of charge if ordered within 30 days of initial service activation. After that the cost is £25.00 + VAT.
Please Note:
Your existing IP assignment will change during this IP Regrade process. Any custom DNS entries utilising your existing IP assignment, for example the MX record for a domain name, will need to be updated.
Customers who request an IP assigment of 8 or more real IP addresses will have their contact name added to the RIPE database.
Care Level Regrades
At Zen we recognise that certain users may require a guaranteed advanced level of service for business-critical operations over their Broadband (ADSL) connection.
Customers can upgrade from our high quality Standard Care Level to Zen Enhanced Care. This option provides guaranteed fault response and resolution times, assuring the Broadband connection continues to run smoothly.

Hardware
Zen offer a wide selection of competitively priced, high quality Broadband hardware which has all been tested and approved by our technical team. As your requirements change you may want to consider upgrading your router, perhaps to a wireless version.
